About America's Real Voice

America's Real Voice is intended to be a nonpartisan, open dialog on the issues facing our country. It is a resource to facilitate discussion and coordinate activities "By The People, For The People." We aim to be a "One Stop Shop" for participating in the political process and getting your views and your voice heard.

We offer:
  • News stories, so you can keep up to date on current events.
  • Discussion forums, so you can communicate with and organize other members.
  • Online polls, to graphically represent the views of our members.
  • Individual blogs, to give each member a place to publish their own stories & ideas.
  • Online calenders, to help coordinate events across the nation.
  • Local forums for all states and major cities. Change must start at the local level!
  • With so much more coming to help everyone get involved at every level of government.
This site is for everyone who has ever felt their voice is not being heard. If you are tired of your "representatives" not representing your views, now you have a place to sound off. If we can build a large enough member base, we can collectively influence change across the nation in local, state and federal offices.

America's Real Voice is a nonpartisan effort. We want to get to the heart of America no matter your political affiliation. It is time to come together as a people, to treat one another with respect and work out our differences peacefully. We hope you will join us in this endeavor.

Meet the people behind America's Real Voice

This site was conceived of, built, funded and is fully owned by two private American citizens. We - Ryan and Greg - are regular people just like you. We have no political experience, no ties to politicians, political action committees or other special interest groups, we are not running for office and we don't want your money.

We want your involvement.

Americans come from all walks of life. We are Republicans, Democrats, Libertarians, members of other political parties and, more often these days, Independents with no allegiances to any political party. Unfortunately, our politicians seem to behave and act as if we do not matter. They have stopped listening to us and are blazing their own path, remaking America in their own image.

We cannot sit on the sidelines and bicker with one another any longer. We have got to come together on the most important, core issues. If the American people cannot learn to work together on basic, foundational issues, then we have no hope as a society. Our country will eventually splinter and fail. The purpose, therefore, of America's Real Voice, is to facilitate discussion amongst and coordinate action with Americans. What do we want America to look like in five, ten, or fifty years, and how will we get there? We have established this site to give all Americans a place to voice their thoughts and, hopefully, to realize we have our love of country in common with one another and collectively work to reform our government and hold our representatives accountable.

This site is entirely non-partisan. We welcome people from all walks of life and all points of view. Our only expectations are that you treat one another with dignity and respect, even if you vehemently disagree on most topics. Root out those issues you do agree on, find something you have in common with your fellow American, and base your interactions around that commonality.

As the owners of this site, we want you to know we do not have any specific political agenda here. Of course, we do have our own opinions on the issues, but we do not wish to see this site become yet another right or left wing blog and thus will strive to remain neutral in our work. We intend to spend our time concentrating on building and tweaking this forum to facilitate discussion amongst the American public. We have a lot in store for this site and are very excited to be able to do this.

We pledge to you:
  • We will never accept money from anyone who seeks to influence this forum (advertising notwithstanding; see below.)
  • We will never share your personal information with anyone, unless ordered to in a court of law.
  • We will strive to remain neutral in our business operations.
  • We will operate this forum in a transparent, fair and ethical fashion.

Our advertising policies:

Unfortunately, neither of us are independently wealthy, so we do have to pay for this site some how. We will be accepting and running advertisements on this site. In keeping with our pledge to remain neutral in our business operations, we will openly accept tasteful advertisements from sources throughout the political spectrum, and of course from non-political sources as well.

We thank you for your patronage and hope you enjoy your stay.

Warmest Regards,

Owners, America's Real Voice:

Ryan, hailing from Washington State
Greg, hailing from Tennessee

Guidelines for successful participation at ARV

America's Real Voice insists on open, honest and polite debate. It is imperative for the success of our nation and this site that we remain polite and decent toward one another despite our very different views. To that end, obscene, vulgar, sexually-oriented, hateful, threatening or violent messages will not be tolerated, nor will name calling or personal attacks.

The people you interact with on this forum are not faceless entities. They are your fellow human beings and they may well be your next door neighbor. Please treat other members as if you were talking with them face to face; one day you may likely be doing that at a meeting, rally or other event.

Members who cannot remain civil and decent toward one another will have their membership removed.

The owners of America's Real Voice reserve the right to remove, edit, move or close any content item or user account for any reason, at any time.
